By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following TOS.
General
I take between a few days to 2 weeks to complete commissions on average.
I work on comms Monday - Friday.
I reserve the right to reject a commission.
I also reserve the right to post your commission online as an example piece. If you wouldn't like it posted, please let me know.
You must credit me when posting my art.
I do not consent to my art being used with AI, NFTs, or any future related technology.
Payment
I use Paypal only.
All my prices are in Great British Pounds.
I ask for half payment before I begin, and half after I finish.
Full payment up front is also accepted.
My Process
I will send a sketch of your piece where I will expect to make changes for you. Changes beyond this stage will have a fee.
I don't send sketches for YCHs as I go straight in with lines and colours.
If you have commissioned an animated YCH, I will send you the 1st frame instead of a sketch.
You may have 3 free revisions before I start charging £2 per edit. (Errors on my end will not count and wont be charged)
References are greatly appreciated and will reduce the likelihood of you requesting edits. I can't read minds, so any refs help me to understand what you want.
Refunds etc
Orders are NON-refundable. I will only refund if I haven't started on a piece.
If for whatever reason I am unable to finish your piece, you will receive your money back.
